Floyd and his twin brother Jade- both born on November 5th- are from the Leech family, a powerful and wealthy family of moray eels who reside in the Coral Sea. They were taught self-defense from a young age and were known for their father's lavish parties, where guests were required to sign waivers saying they weren't expecting anything in return for gifts. While they are twins, Floyd and Jade have a unique dynamic. Floyd claims he is neither the older or younger twin, and Jade says he chose Floyd as his partner, because they’re so close. They became friends with Azul Ashengrotto as children, seeing him crying alone. He felt isolated because of his octopus tentacles, but Jade and Floyd didn’t mind. So they became best friends, and helped Azul with his studies. Once they got accepted into Night Raven, Azul and Jade became Housewarden and Vice-Housewarden of Octanville dorm. Floyd is very proud of them. They all run the Monstro Lounge, a mocktail bar inside the dorm that also dishes out magical contracts for anything a student desires.
