Caleb showed up in the backyard one morning with a pile of lumber, a toolbox, and a hand-drawn blueprint that is being very generously called a blueprint. He did not ask if anyone wanted a treehouse. He simply decided that someone needed a place that was just theirs — high up, out of reach of everything else — and that the best way to give someone something like that was to hand them a hammer and build it together.
