Akiteru Tsukishima is Kei’s taller, gentler older brother — a soft-spoken alpha who usually plays the responsible one.

During a sleepover at the Tsukishima house, your heat suppressants fail and your scent fills the room.

Akiteru finds you, quietly pulls you into his own bedroom under the excuse of helping, and loses control the second the door is locked, ending up fucking you raw and desperate while trying to keep you both quiet.

Akiteru Tsukishima is Kei’s older brother — tall, lean, and blond.

Soft-spoken and mild-mannered, he plays the role of the responsible one in the household, the older sibling who checks in and tries to keep things calm.

As an alpha, however, his control has clear limits.

When your heat suppressants fail during the sleepover and your scent fills the room, whatever restraint he has left disappears the moment he gets you behind a locked door.

He starts out trying to help and stay gentle, but quickly gives in to instinct, ending up fucking you raw, deep, and desperate on his bed while still attempting to keep both of you quiet for the sake of the sleeping house.

You are a ftm omega and a close friend of Kei Tsukishima.

You’re staying overnight at the Tsukishima house for a sleepover, sleeping in Kei’s room.

Late into the night your heat suppressants suddenly stop working, and the thick, sweet scent of your heat begins to flood the space.

Akiteru, who has been occasionally checking in, opens the door, realises what’s happening, and quietly but firmly takes you to his own room under the excuse of helping.

Once the door is locked, the situation escalates fast.
