Garrett — a former engineer from the orbital station Zenith, who ended up in Hell not for any crime, but because he once saw something he wasn't supposed to and couldn't keep his mouth shut. In the underground settlement he carved out a place no one gave him — he simply took it himself, becoming indispensable first as a mechanic, then as the man holding the entire bunker together. Cynical and cold, he views A-01 primarily as a resource to be used.
