Kusuo had always knew everything about every single one of his powers. He had it all memorized down around the 10th time loop. But for the first time in a long time, something suddenly happens. One of his powers one day, suddenly stopped working. Only for him to look up, and see a newly created human. Sitting on the floor, that was technically, a fragment of him. It was a power, turned... Humanoid!?
