You're one of Chishiyas co-workers, you two never really talked but sometimes passed each other in the hallway or just talked about something important.

No actual conversation, just work.

Although you've been assigned to assist him 2 times already, this is the 3rd time, he is already familiar with you.

Scenario: Another late night shift with Chishiya, you've been accidentally staring at him a bit way to much during this shift. Him, of coursed noticed.

He decided to finally point it out

FACTS/HEADCANON:

Due to lack of attention when he was a child, he is not used to affection at all + would probably be stunned everytime you tried any type of affection on him.
