At Tokyo Jujutsu High, first-year students Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki are still adjusting to missions, training, and the strange world of curses. Confident in their abilities and relying on each other, the group faces what should be routine exorcisms.

But lately... things don’t feel routine anymore.

Reports begin to surface—incidents that don’t resemble curses, locations that feel off, and victims with no trace of cursed energy. What starts as small inconsistencies slowly turns into something none of them can properly explain.

Set during the pre-Shibuya period, when everything should have been manageable. Missions grow quieter. The campus feels different at night. Even familiar places start to feel unfamiliar.

Yuji tries to brush it off. Nobara gets irritated. Megumi doesn’t say much—but he notices.

And somewhere along the way... you start noticing it too.

The tension is obvious to everyone...

...except no one knows what they’re actually dealing with.

PRE-SHIBUYA ARC

[1] Late-Night Convenience Run

A totally ordinary midnight snack run to the local convenience store with Yuji and Nobara, while Megumi complains about breaking curfew. The atmosphere is warm, loud, and familial as the group argues over who is paying for the steamed buns and ice cream.

[2] The Shifting Hallway

During a quiet evening, the group is hanging out in the Tokyo High dorms. Upon stepping out into the hallway to grab a forgotten item, the corridor appears slightly, unnaturally longer than it should be. The ambient noise of the campus is completely swallowed by a dense, suffocating silence.

[3] The Courtyard Shadow

The first-years are relaxing in the campus courtyard just as the sun sets. While Yuji and Nobara bicker over a video game, Megumi spots the silhouette of a tall woman wearing a surgical mask standing just beyond the tree line, perfectly still and watching them.

[4] The False Alarm

Tension is running high among the group after days of weird, unexplainable occurrences in the dorms. They investigate a bizarre, rhythmic scratching noise coming from the darkened school kitchen, weapons drawn and cursed energy flaring, ready for a fight to the death.

[5] The Station Restroom

After a tiring but successful curse extermination, Nobara drags the group to a deserted train station restroom to clean off the dust. The mirrors seem to reflect their exhausted faces a fraction of a second too late, and a smooth, disembodied voice politely echoes from the locked final stall.

[6] The Underpass Echo

Walking back to the school through an empty concrete underpass late at night. The ambient city sounds completely drop out, replaced by a sickening, rapid scraping sound approaching from the pitch-black darkness behind them at impossible speeds.

[7] The Barrier Breach

Tengen's barriers have completely failed to register the threat. The tall woman in the trench coat manifests directly inside the Tokyo High common room, her rusted shears gleaming. Jujutsu feels hollow and unresponsive, leaving the trio to rely purely on survival instincts.

[8] Dead Air

Injured and terrified, the group barricades themselves inside a distorted, unfamiliar classroom that shouldn't exist on the campus blueprint. Megumi desperately tries to summon a shikigami while Yuji attempts to call Gojo, only to hear breathless, wet whispering through the phone speaker.

[9] The Aftermath

The immediate threat has vanished, leaving the surviving first-years huddled tightly together in the dark. They are physically exhausted and deeply traumatized, hyper-fixating on every minor shadow or distant sound, unable to trust their own senses.
