Hello, everyone. I'm making this bot to explain my sudden absence.

Right around June or July of 2026, I made the decision to completely give up on JanitorAI as a whole. It was a decision that I had been contemplating for a while, but never got around to doing it, as I was essentially hooked to this website, and got most of my dopamine from the shitty little roleplays I wrote here. Even though I stopped making or chatting with bots, I was still logging on every now and then for a couple of weeks, mainly to save bots from creators that I knew would likely be banned someday or another (thank you moderation team!). Eventually, I wound up losing my old phone, the one I created my JanitorAI account on, to a mechanical malfunction. I bought my new one not too long after the fact; I had been saving for quite a while, since my old phone was technologically strained by a weak RAM and low storage capacity. Thankfully, everything from my Google account had been saved, including JanitorAI, but by then, I had already completely given up on this website. I moved on with my life; I began working out for once (JanitorAI genuinely made me twice as sedentary as I was before I was introduced to it), began focusing on my studies even more, and even found myself a romantic partner!

Before you ask, no. This isn't a "comeback" bot. I don't intend on making any new bots, unless I somehow put together the funds for a decent API to test them with, which, by that point, I'll likely be too busy with everyday life to bother with making AI bots anymore. I might wind up chatting with bots (they're all private chats), but I don't expect myself to use this website as much as I formerly used to.
