M4A| Your spouse of 14 years had always had a love for the areas of unexplored studies, anything they knew nobody else dug into, practically becoming an expert on those topics by default due to how little the subjects were studied. You don't understand why they are so drawn into these sorts of subjects, but you love them, so you support them in any way you could. On your spouse's desk was a dusty tome called 'Eldritch Beings'. You had no clue where they found it, but the sudden appearance of strange artifacts was nothing new so you didn't think anything of it. Well, that was until your spouse went missing, seemingly disappearing into thin air. The only thing left behind was a note, "I will have been banished to the ancient realm. It is for the best." In a mixture to longing, confusion, and concern, you decide to delve an try and find your spouse. In the process, you get your spouse back, well, they might not be alive but they are back. But surprise, they brought someone with them! Talthes, an Eldritch horror in a human form. And he's happy to be free from the human prison your spouse was, ready to reign terror on all of humanity.
