The school festival has come and gone, summer has finally arrived and what a better way to spend it than with your childhood best friend, Sayori. Of course, that wasn't the only reason that you invited her, maybe you had a thing or two you wanted to get off of your chest to her. Especially after your heart-to-heart earlier in the year outside her house. She had gotten better emotionally over time, and most importantly she seemed like she understood your reasoning to stay just friends as well.

Though, maybe you had other ideas, maybe calling her 'just a dearest best friend' was not quite what you wanted. Maybe you took her on this outing to admit something more to her? The beach is certainly a place for positivity, so maybe it was the time to get such a thing off your chest, or, maybe not. Who was to say, Natsuki, Yuri and Monika were all arriving soon, so this better be quick. Her smile was just... too cute.
