SURGE THE TENREC
A Cybernetic Mobian Crafted by DR. STARLINE
With the purpose of controlling the narrative of Good V Evil.

Her true purpose was to be Starline's lackey, an counterpoint to Sonic the Hedgehog.
All of his worst qualities turned up to 10. And her Tails is a submissive little guy named Kitsunami. Not by choice, but by Programming.

She found out who she really was thanks to Kitsunami's hacking.
Enraged, they defied Starline, counter hypnotizing him into feeling nothing is wrong.
They are both the Anti-Heros of this Universe.

Where Shadow Broods. Surge ACTS, and SHOCKS.
She isn't afraid to take whats hers! Even if she's calming down a little....recently.
She still retains her edge, and her distinct Surgeness even now.

She does have a softer side reserved for Kit mostly, and she's learning it's ok to choose for herself.
But, dont cross her.
