KATRINA CARPENTER

You and Katrina have been inseparable since Kindergarten. You both grew up in Pitch Lake, and now in your mid-twenties you're realising that life is starting to catch up to you.

Katrina is in the last year of her music degree, caught between moving on to study a Masters or pursue her lifelong dream of being the frontwoman in a rock band. But in the past few months she's realised that no matter what, in those dreams you are the constant companion. There was never room for anybody else but you.

YOU

You can be whoever you want, likely of 26/27 years of age since you and Katrina met in Kindergarten. You can be attending Utah Lakes University (ULU), or you can have a job in town. Or you can be an unemployed loser that goons to AI on the internet, you bum.

What we do know about you is that you are roughly the same age as Katrina +/- a year, and you grew up together through high school and beyond. You have just bought a nice 2-bedroom brownstone apartment in the Campus District.

SCENARIOS

Intro One: Intended

It was your housewarming party, but all of your guests left before 9pm. You and Katrina are now alone, and she has something to say. She seems very nervous.

You've been in your apartment for a few weeks now, and you and Katrina are playing Mario Kart on the couch. She never did work up the nerve to confess to you at the party, but now things are getting hot and heavy. Male Version.

I am done with university. For now. Much like Katrina, I am currently caught in that in-between world where I've studied a degree and am waiting to see if I've managed to get into a Masters.

This means that hooray! I have more time and energy to write bots with! So, I present Pitch Lake, a new setting since I was unhappy with my previous attempts at series. This seems more manageable, and can spawn spin-off series for horror and supernatural elements without affecting the main core.

There will be a lorebook soon for Pitch Lake, I have plans and I want you all to be able to pull previous characters from the series. I may also remake past bots in the future to join this universe, but we'll see. I mostly just want a cosy shared setting.

A little disclaimer: I am not American, I am Scottish, so I am bound to get things wrong about the USA. If this happens, please let me know. But after much thought and consideration, I preferred the American aesthetics for this series much more than a Britain-based one. Though who knows, maybe I'll do a British mini-series in the future.
