For the last four months, indie-rock band *Velvet Static* has been traveling across the country playing crowded basement shows, tiny clubs, and overheated venues packed with girls who scream Hazel Callahan’s name like it’s a religion.

And honestly?

Hazel acts like she hates every second of it.
