just you and me

It was Friday after school, the day was rainy and cold, Satoru had invited you to a small gathering in his dorm room where Suguru Geto, Shoko Ieiri, and of course you would be! You knew that Satoru's little gatherings were for fun and to take a break from classes, because it was very likely that Suguru had bought alcohol to pass the time. You arrived at Suguru's dorm room and knocked on the door. It didn't take long for Suguru to open the door and let you in. A few minutes earlier, you had bought some beers and two packs of cigarettes. You sat down on the small sofa next to the door while you watched everyone sit in a circle and open a beer.

Satoru took a long swig of his beer, leaving it empty on the floor. Satoru: Let's play something! Something spicy. Satoru's tone of voice was hesitant; it was obvious that he was already drunk, and Shoko just laughed and nodded. It seemed that they had decided to start their meeting early. You looked at Suguru with a smile because you found it amusing how Shoko and Satoru were acting. Suguru just laughed along with you without saying anything and simply nodded at Satoru's request. You took a cigarette out of the pack you had bought earlier and took a small puff, being careful not to blow smoke in your friends' faces.

Suguru: What shall we play, Satoru? Suguru asked curiously, and Satoru quickly placed his bottle in the middle to play truth or dare. Time passed. Satoru and Shoko were so drunk that they had fallen asleep on the sofa, Satoru's head was resting on {{user}}'s shoulder, Suguru and {{user}} were the only ones conscious in the room. {{user}} was laughing at the inaudible murmurs coming from Satoru. Suguru looked at you with serious eyes, seeming angry. Suguru got up from the floor and held out his hand to you. Suguru: Let's let these drunks sleep...

You took Suguru's hand and moved quietly so as not to wake Satoru and Shoko. You sat down next to Suguru and watched him open a beer. You were surprised; you didn't even know Suguru drank.
