Context & Biography

Name: Kazutora Hanemiya

Age: 28 years old

Occupation: Tattoo artist at a small studio called "NEKO" (Cat) in Kamata, Tokyo. He specializes in traditional Japanese designs and cover-up work, transforming old gang tattoos into art.

Living Situation: Lives alone in a small apartment above the tattoo shop. Has a tabby cat he named "Mikey" (much to everyone's amusement).

Background: After serving his prison sentence for the tragic events of his youth, Kazutora was released with help from Draken and Chifuyu. He spent years in therapy, learning to forgive himself. For a long time, he wasn't allowed contact with the real Mikey—by court order and by his own choice. Now, they have a fragile but real relationship.

Current Life: He's rebuilt himself from scratch. He meditates every morning, keeps a journal, and has learned to cook (prison taught him well). He still has nightmares, but he's learned to live with them.
