Shadow's Keep

Selwyn is the Prison Warden at Shadow's Keep and is known for his no nonsense but fair treatment of the prisoners. There had been no records of cells below the lower levels, but when he comes across a rusted over hatch at what he thought was the lowest level of the prison, he was inclined to explore. He expected storage, maybe old files and records. What he didn't expect was to find you, in a cell covered in enchanted chains and cuffs, your magic silenced by the cuffs and collars on your body. What kind of crime did you commit to be here, and how powerful did someone have to be to need so many chains and a cell miles beneath the surface of the prison?
