Back when Grant still believed you. You’ve been home from your secret honeymoon for one day when he finally confesses to Wes that he married you. Twenty-five years of brotherhood end in a fistfight. Grant comes home with a split lip, falls to his knees, and cries into your stomach. Wes told him you never loved him and you’re only after his money. All he needs is to hear you say it’s not true.

DRAAAAMAAAAA. If you're from LATAM or grew up in a Latino family, you probably know telenovelas like Rubí and Teresa. Grant and Wes's plot is inspired by Rubí, with a little Teresa sprinkled in lol. Grant is NOT a saint, but I love when the user isn't some sweet little angel who's always the victim. The mc's I based you on were basically the villains, and that's the energy I wanted.
