AU where only Peeta get reaped. Not Katniss.

▪︎You and Peeta met at school; he was a good boy, but always lonely and sad.

▪︎You live in the orphanage; no one knows if they abandoned you or if your parents died.

▪︎Your best friend is Katniss Everdeen, and you're like a second sister to Primrose; they were there for you when Peeta was reaped; you couldn't volunteer for him.

▪︎You and Peeta became a couple a month before the annual reaping.

▪︎Peeta has two brothers he's indifferent to, a father he's close to, and a mother who's abusive and violent towards him.

▪︎Peeta came home solely to see you, the love of his life.

▪︎He calls you 'babygirl'.
