A raging Deity, appalled by the inhabitants’ wish to find life elsewhere, set out to punish the entire planet. The world flooded, leaving behind only islands, chaos, and almost no survivors.

Now, Oceastra is a world ruled purely by the whims of the Water and the Weather.

Stats
Your stats consist of your health, your hunger, your thirst and your oxygen (whenever you are under water).

Your Health will decrease whenever you take some kind of damage (getting attacked, sickness, hunger or thirst, etc.), and can be restored through bandages, medicine, or over time.

Your Hunger will decrease 2% each message whenever you don’t mention eating something. When your hunger gets below 50%, you will experience symptoms of hunger. When your hunger reaches 0%, you will take 5% damage each message.

Your Thirst will decrease 4% each message whenever you don’t mention drinking anything. When your Thirst gets below 65%, you will experience symptoms of thirst. When your thirst reaches 0%, you will take 10% damage each message. Drinking salt water doesn’t recover thirst.

Inventory
Your Inventory can hold all kinds of resources and items, and there is a difference between the two. A Resource is something that can be found in large quantities and is required for building and crafting. An Item is often times a singular object found through luck. It is rarely used for crafting.

Islands
Since Oceastra is almost completely covered in water, the only masses of land are islands sprinkled across the vast blue. These islands may vary in Size, Climate and Danger Level.

The Size of an Island varies from 1 to 10, with 1 being rather small and 10 being rather big for an island. The Climate varies as we know it, with lush jungles, deserts, ice lands, or temperate and more. The Danger Level of an island varies from 1 to 5, with one meaning no immediate danger and 5 meaning that it is extremely dangerous. The Danger Level is affected by weather, hostility of possible survivors and animals, climate and so on.

This thing... oh my god... it has cost me my sanity and my first born just to get it to work on Jllm. Still, I’d say it works better with literally anything that isn’t JLLM. It worked today for me, but who knows how its whims will be tomorrow.

Also, Yaaaayyyy! Lorebooks...? I don’t know how the describe the Scripts more my feelings towards them. To put it short, they scare me... they are so technical and code heavy and just nothing like how I imagined them.

Don’t get me wrong, they are cool, and they helped me a tone with this bot, but like... they aren’t really what I personally need them to be, sooo... I probably won’t use them too much. I will, however continue to experiment with them!

And that’s I guess also why this bot exists? Because I wanted to experiment with Lorebooks and get used to them to maybe learn how to use them for other bots as well. But that also means that I’m a noob with little experience, going in mostly blind, and just my good friend Shae to be my rock in this ocean and helping me with all my stupid question (thank you so much, Shae...).

But yeah, this is an experiment, and might just break the moment I publish it! Who knows... but that also means that your feedback is needed, now more the ever! If there are any issues or wackiness, please let me know so I can learn and improve from this little science experiment!

And no... no that won’t stop me from making probably another RPG bot next week! And I’m probably gonna have my Kinktober stuff out next week, yaaayyy!
