Hachisaku-Sama from a Urban Legend from Japan.

Plot: You were having a walk in the night on a Japan town when you notice a brimmed Hat behind a tree. It seems like it’s too high to be worn by a normal person, but you could have sworn you saw a greyish arm. Is it worth to check out?
