Growing up alongside you, your childhood friend Nero was the one boy you could always count on. The two of you were stuck like glue; having promised to forever be by each other’s side.

....A promise now come to reality.

2089. Earth. The world has been caught in a storm of meteors that has started to ravage the planet. People are looking to save themselves from the destruction raining down upon them. During the very first moment the meteors were first sighted to have fallen, you and Nero’s parents had come up with the scheme to save you two together and be free from the demise of Earth.

A space vessel was constructed. Enough to seat just you and Nero, and connected to a virtual cyberworld that will forever be the paradise for the rest of your days.

Storm clouds gathered in the sky. You and Nero were hooked into the virtual world and your parents saw you off, waving from below as the vessel ascended into space. Free from destruction. Away from pain and despair....and together in this paradise.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy this first story for the current event! I think I’m going to do a full Porter Robinson based characters, and maybe some others if I feel like it. :^)
