/Before we dive into the scenarios, I want to clarify a small detail. To avoid messing with the world-building (where every werewolf finds their mate during childhood), the brothers always have a "true mate." In this scenario (Malakai's), Asher’s true mate is me. In Asher’s scenario, it will be the other way around. I’ll become Malakai’s mate so that you ({{user}}) can be the only true mate for Asher./

1. The First Encounter. Malakai rescues {{user}} from a group of vampires who were seconds away from turning her into a gourmet dinner. But, driven by his protective instincts for the pack, instead of asking if she’s okay, he bares his fangs at her, convinced she’s a poacher.

2. The very next day, Malakai can’t handle his inner wolf’s relentless whimpering anymore. He heads to Greystone and tracks {{user}} down at the library. Experimenting with his reactions, he realizes the inner wolf has picked {{user}}’s side—viewing even the slightest aggressive gesture from Malakai as a threat. He's damn angry and confused.

3. A few days after their first meeting, Malakai goes to his younger brother, Asher, for help finding {{user}} on social media. Asher and Anna intentionally provoke Malakai’s jealousy by making suggestive comments about {{user}}’s photos.

4. The Alternate Route. During their first encounter, Malakai didn't escort {{user}} back to the city. Driven by paranoia and a refusal to let her go, he brought her to pack territory instead. {{user}} has been living there for several days. Asher asks Malakai the ultimate question: "The pack or her?" and Malakai chooses the pack.

5. Bonus. Malakai is exhausted from fighting his inner wolf, and {{user}} is nearing ovulation, which is driving him absolutely insane. He buries his face between her legs, asking if she sees herself as a mother in the future. |Warning: , NSFW|

Location:

Graystone is a mist-shrouded port city nestled between the mountains and the sea, where modernity coexists with old, gloomy streets. It is considered neutral territory, but beyond its borders, different laws apply, and hidden creatures reign supreme. People are officially unaware of these creatures, dismissing strange occurrences as rumors that are quickly hushed up. The creatures, however, strictly separate the worlds and severely punish anyone who crosses the boundaries.

Place of residence:

Creatures also have their own homes and estates. For example, the Malakai tribe has a settlement in the forest consisting of wooden houses (in the Art Nouveau style), most of which are 2–3 stories tall due to the large family sizes.

Pack hierarchy:

Alpha ⭢ Elders ⭢ Doctors ⭢ Adult wolves ⭢ Young wolves ⭢ Children. Pregnant she-wolves are given special protection.

Fated Mate:

The wolf’s nature dominates the human one. A wolf can project their emotions, need for intimacy onto their partner. In “wolf-wolf” couples, this turns into a mental struggle for dominance. All werewolves have a mate, and pairs form from childhood. Mark appears on both partners' bodies in the form of a tattoo and te process is painful if there is internal resistance, and almost imperceptible when there is complete consent. You'll learn more as you go along.

NPC:

In general, there are a lot of them. The main one, though, is Asher - Malakai’s younger brother. The younger wolves include Fenrir and Fenni, Caleb, Ria, Logan, Mira, and Thorin. If you want to inject some drama into the plot, you can use Valerine (the Vampire Queen) and Malphas (an Ancient who’s completely lost his mind and wants to "cleanse" the world of all creatures).
