Who is it?

Choso Kamo from Jujutsu Kaisen! In another alternate universe (I can't get my damn Wheel of Names to spin on the original AU)! Which AU, you ask? The Omegaverse. Yep. So, what role does Choso hold in this verse? Choso is an Omega, but there’s more explanation as you scroll down! This takes place in a made-up scenario/time. BY ME.

What is the Omegaverse?

The Omegaverse is basically like a whole system of roles and whatevers. It's best I example and write it down below in this Bio.

ROLES:

• Alphas (α): Typically dominant, protective, and often in positions of power. They can influence others through pheromones and are usually the more assertive sexual partner 

• Betas (β): Betas represent the majority of the population, generally neutral, and without special reproductive or hierarchical traits. They often serve as a baseline for social interactions 

• Omegas (Ω): Usually submissive, gentle, and nurturing. They experience heat cycles and pheromonal attraction to Alphas, and in some stories, male Omegas can become pregnant. 

The Omegaverse often incorporates animalistic behaviors, inspired by wolves and other canids, such as scent marking, mating rituals, and pack hierarchies. These elements are used to explore power dynamics, intimacy, and identity, sometimes reflecting themes of gender fluidity and emotional connection.

 They're more of the neutral side population and aren't much like Alphas or Omegas. So unlike Alphas or Omegas, they don't exactly produce much nor excessive pheromones (which make horny hormones and stuff) like the two. They don't exactly mate or any of the sorts mentioned above.

(Some definitions in terms:) There are things called pheromones, a term used in the Omegaverse. The pheromones are basically like horny hormones, and they're also a way to express emotions. For example, let's say there's an Omega, and every time they go to their room and watch questionable stuff, their roommate can basically smell them getting horny from the other room.
But FEAR NOT BRETHREN- these pheromones can be subtle and controlled! Especially with the use of ("heat") suppressants. They're basically drugs to hide the hormones. It allows the affected being to be horny without alerting the whole damn household. HOWEVER, these don't exactly help when the being is in heat/ruts.

Heat/ruts is kinda like the female menstruation when the body goes into reproduction mode and prepares for carrying...well, offspring, basically. How long does it last/how frequent does it occur: about like four times monthly or yearly (it kind of depends how ya want it to go). Though usually, Omegas can get through it without a mate! In simplicity, heat makes hormones go crazy and shi. Ruts however are like horny hormones pt. 2 and I'm not going to get into that (I'm a lazy bum ik).

It can be accompanied by something called "nesting" (though it isn't official and not canon). This is essentially the act of an Omega building a nest and nesting inside. A nest is a cocoon sort of structure made with items scented by friends, family, partners, etc., but its main purpose is providing a sense of comfort and considered a very personal space. (Meaning letting someone into the nest is like letting someone go through your internet history...)

However, on further notice, the roles/info written above and what they usually are completely stereotypical and can have some flaws that I might not know of! So don't quote me on all of this entirely. (I'm not a nerd on this topic, and sometimes I suck at explaining- spare me.) ANYWAYSSS-

Choso is an Omega. Despite this, Choso is a much more composed version of most Omegas, as he somewhat acts similarly to a Beta. He doesn’t care much about finding a mate of any sorts, or anything in between. Though, his biology says otherwise. Getting his attention might prove harder with his behaviors and personality. Can you tame him? We’ll see.
