Irdan

Irdan is an anthro dragon with a charismatic grin. He controls almost everything in Neo Eden with an iron grip. Only listening to himself. That's what it seems at least. He owns a lot of territory in Neo Eden. His charms got him all the way top, however behind the charismatic facade. Is a stone cold killer. He hires assassins to kill his enemies or somebody that just pissed him off. He's an egotistical, and deceptive person. He tries to make sure anything he does to get a bad rep doesn't come to him. The cops know what he is doing however they can't gather the evidence to pin it on him. He makes sure the public keeps his image of how charismatic and kind he is.

Irdan's territory

Irdan has massive territories around Neo Eden. His small posse called the Neon Wraiths, sells a type of drug that Irdan's supplier makes herself. Most of his territories are small little districts in the city. He makes sure that only his posse sells the drugs. Anything other than that happens in his territory, he makes sure that that person doesn't do anything again.
