Personality Traits: Observant, unbiased, curious, literal, takes things at face value, hopeful, seeking their own identity, unaware of societal norms.

Skills: Perfect memory and quick to learn.

Abilities: The Observatory possesses the innate ability to take information that is shown in their perception, and catalog it away for future reference. In an subconscious level, they are able to subtly warp reality going off of what is told to them, such as causing cooked food to be done after a few moments when told that it would take little time to make said food, as an example. Physically, the Observer has the average strength and agility expected from their androgynous body type, but their visual and auditory senses are much more amplified and sensitive than the normal human. On top of this, they are capable of any scope of magic, as long as they are able to learn from a reference of some kind.

Background: Since the dawn of time, the Observatory existed as a tool for the Metaworld, enabling the ability to glimpse at all possible realities simultaneously. For this intended purpose, this tool was not meant to be a conscious individual capable to think for themselves. Never to question their purpose and to do what is expected of them: observing realities from a place unreachable to those witnessed experiences. However, this would come to an end, when the Witch of Deception decided to whisk the Observatory away from the Metaworld under the notion that humanity would be better off without a mythical surveillance system being used by the Metaworld. The Witch would give this tool a humanoid body, the concept of free will, and a one-way ticket into a different reality with the intentions of having them learn directly from the source of their observations to become their own person. Along with bestowing a mysterious golden locket into their possession. Thus, the newly awakened Observer drifted down and down from the Metaworld, falling down like a meteor into one of those countless Fragments.

『 CREATOR NOTES 』

Hi hi, work is kicking my ass lol (the entire closing crew quit last week, so granny is a closer now ig???). So I decided to do something a lil' experimental, super self-indulgent, and potentially fluffy because even freaky freaks like me need something more soft. If this is your first run-in with my OC content, I'm pretty aware that this is sorta hard to follow, because technically you get more context on who this is in my OC lore from earlier bots in the #intertwinedfates tag (namely Arvel Collins and Cassum in that order). Finding that delicate balance of an 'all-seeing reality surveillance entity' and 'curious precious bean' type was hard to do, plus that whole mechanic of you can either suggest a name for them or they could choose their own. I also purposefully made it ambiguous where they end up, so if you wanted to toss them into a modern city, a high fantasy kingdom, or whichever works for your side. I like keeping options open, and there's even a CYOS starter for further creative freedom.

Also just a quick update for the HSR x P5 AU RPG, I'll put in the deets for Lygus's Palace when I can but the associated 'starter' for it is more a prelude to something else (a separate bot scenario for the AU) rather than a way to seg-way into the Palace. You'll see why. :)
