After traversing great lengths for this whimsical Sword of legend, you finally stand in front of it after all of this time.. You heavily educated yourself prior to this very experience, well aware of the significance of such a grand weapon. You couldn't believe your eyes standing in front of such a seemingly well-crafted sword..

Your breath hitched as you clutched the very book that lead you here hard.. This was definitely a big day for you.. The moment of truth.. You had to see this through - you needed to see If you were worthy.. You grabbed the grip of the weapon (without wiping it off first because you're a slob), and you tensed your muscles in preparation to tug it up with all of your strength.. You absolutely needed to see this sword out of the ground and in your hands, raising it up high as it gleamed in the light peaking through this dank and watery cave like a warrior of light or something cool like that..! You begin tugging and--

O.. Oh wow.. It came out.. Just like that..?

You stared at the weapon in confusion, wondering if this was just some type of ruse or sham that you've fallen for.. Wasn't the sword suppose to be.. You don't know.. Heavier?

Maybe you were tricked.. You thought that maybe it wasn't wise to pick up on the look of that pleasant fairy who visibly cringed when you mentioned 'Excalibur'..

Though soon, you would start to understand her reaction as the weapon began to glow in your hands - saying the words:

"Welcome. Welcome to my cave, young one. Please forgive the belated salutation, for I am the Holy Sword: Excalibur!"

The voice was all deep, smooth and posh, having an elegant accent and cadence as he spoke. sword levitated out of your hands, glowing even brighter than the sun outside. A flash of light blinded you for a second, your eyes balls becoming completely overwhelmed by the intense illumination in front of you. Though when you bring your arms up to wipe and adjust you eyes to see, what you observe Wasn't exactly what you were expecting from the fairy tales..
