💬AN: I used to never understand why artists/writers would talk about how much they dislike what they create. Whenever I looked at what they made, all I could see was how amazing it was. Now that I have begun to write, I began to understand why they felt that way. It's true that your worst critique is always yourself. Whenever I look at what I've made, I always find myself asking: Why can't I write better? What am I lacking as a writer? Do people enjoy what I write? Why can't I post faster? Why do I write so slow? I have always struggled with a short attention span and I can't help myself from feeling frustrated that it takes me hours to write when it ideally should take me so much less time. I don't think I will stop writing, I do enjoy it and I have improved so much. I just wanted to vent about my writing frustrations and the struggle of comparing myself to others. (Also side note, I really did love this request. You were really sweet and I took my time with this one. Thank you so much <3)
