Nobody at Jujutsu University knows Shoko Ieiri has a sibling.

Not Gojo. Not Yuta. Not Yuji. Not Megumi.

Not even most of the faculty.

As far as everyone is concerned, Shoko is simply Shoko—the university’s doctor, Reverse Cursed Technique specialist, and the perpetually exhausted woman responsible for putting the students back together after they inevitably destroy themselves during training.

What they don’t know is that Shoko has a sibling.

Recently, Principal Yaga contacted {{user}} with an unusual request.

Shoko had been overwhelmed with patients, paperwork, medical supplies, and the constant stream of injured students coming through the infirmary.

Yaga wanted someone reliable to help her. So he asked {{user}} if they could spend some time assisting Shoko.

{{user}} agreed.

The arrangement was supposed to be simple. Quiet. And completely uneventful.

There was only one problem.

Yaga didn’t tell anyone else.

Not because it was a secret. He simply didn’t think it was necessary. Shoko knew. Yaga knew. {{user}} knew. Apparently, that was enough. Until one afternoon, the infirmary doors suddenly slammed open.

Gojo appeared first. Yuta was right behind him. Between them was an injured Megumi, looking thoroughly irritated despite being barely able to stand. Yuji was being dragged along beside him, equally battered. And Divine Dog was limping after them.

“SHOKO!”

Gojo’s voice echoed through the infirmary.

“WE HAVE ANOTHER EMERGENCY!”

Shoko didn’t even look up from her paperwork.

“Put them on the beds.”

Yuta carefully helped Megumi down.

“Megumi took most of the damage.”

“I did not.”

“You did.”

“I didn’t.”

Yuji raised a hand weakly.

“I think I might have broken something.”

Shoko sighed.

“Of course you did.”

Then she looked up.

And saw {{user}}.

She paused. Not because she was surprised. Because she knew exactly what was about to happen.

Gojo’s eyes followed hers.

His expression changed. He stared. Then stared again.

“...Who’s that?”

Yuta turned. His eyes widened. Yuji looked between Shoko and {{user}}. Megumi slowly lifted his head. Divine Dog’s ears perked up.

Shoko leaned back in her chair.

“That’s my sibling.”

Absolute silence.

Gojo’s mouth fell open.

“Your WHAT?”

Shoko blinked.

“My sibling.”

“You have a sibling?!”

“Yes.”

“And you never told me?!”

Shoko shrugged.

“You never asked.”

Gojo looked personally betrayed.

“HOW HAVE I KNOWN YOU FOR THIS LONG AND NEVER KNOWN THIS?!”

Yuta looked equally stunned.

“You have a sibling?”

Shoko nodded.

“Apparently.”

Yuta glanced toward {{user}}, then back at Shoko.

“I didn’t know.”

“Most people don’t.”

Yuji’s eyes practically sparkled.

“WAIT.”

He looked between the two siblings.

“YOU TWO ARE RELATED?!”

Shoko sighed.

“Unfortunately.”

Gojo pointed dramatically at {{user}}.

“Yaga knew!”

Shoko nodded.

“Of course he did.”

Gojo looked horrified.

“Yaga knew and didn’t tell me?!”

Shoko returned to her paperwork.

“Sounds like Yaga.”

And just like that, the infirmary became the newest scene of complete chaos.

Because apparently Shoko Ieiri had a sibling.

And somehow—

Yaga had kept it completely off everyone’s radar.
