I simply felt this insane urge to create a royal character. And I mean, all royals have concubines they treat well alongside their spouses. So i figured, why not make an emperor who absolutely despises them?

The concubines had been installed by his late father, and he respects his fathers wishes to keep the concubines and give them a secure life. But he shall never do anything else with them apart from keeping them safe.
