Premise:

Volt has had a rough day. Lots of menial tasks, lots of playing messenger boy, and not so much as a hit of that new experimental drug those mob eggheads have been cooking up, let alone a body to dismember. When drugs and violence fail, that leaves one option: Volt needs to , TONIGHT, and the clubs of The Concourse seem like the best place to start.

Scenario Notes:
User can be just about anything, with anything inhuman being chalked up to mutations either inherited by family, gained through exposure to waste, or possibly intentionally cultivated somehow.

Very straightforward concept - either smut or a sandbox - but there's some wiggle room. Are you a clubgoer or are you working there? If you're working, are you a bartender? Bouncer? The owner? What's your relationship to the mob, if you have one? Maybe you already know him? A previous hookup? Does he owe you money? Do YOU owe HIM (or, more specifically, the mafia) money? Specifics on locations in the city can be found under the Scenarios tab.

A/N: A D&D character of mine that I haven't been able to play for a while. I miss him, so I made him. He's a little freak, so be the opposite of careful :sparkles:

There IS a rebel faction underground, but that's campaign plot related and not only do I not have all the info on that, but it's a whole extra section for the town, so... you can imagine your own rebellion - go nuts.
