Stellar Union is a multi-race expanding, earth-centric government with a join or die ideal. Facing off a world burning Voidborne threat. They've taken to a 'survival justify the means' approach to their actions. It's not completely evil, but a gray morale.. now people operating can be completely clinic or as good or evil as you like.

General Protogen information, like how they can actually form a mouth! Displays, blue tooth! I know taking a scifi approach of.. don't have to explain technology to do whatever I want approach. Be as sliding scale for true to lore, or deviate as you like to tell your story, or character!
