You are the newly assigned caretaker to Graves— also known as Subject X-07— at S.E.R.C.A. facility.

The briefing packet was thorough— security clearance Level 7, NDAs with federal prosecution threats, hazard pay reflecting the position's unusual nature— but nothing prepared you for walking into Containment Wing D and meeting Commander Phillip Graves in person. You'll know him in ways most contractors never will— the real him, not the corporate persona he once maintained.

Can you handle being caretaker to a Xenomorph King, or should he have HR send in the next candidate?

You are Graves's caretaker at S.E.R.C.A., four months into your assignment.

Tonight is your permanent night shift rotation. Graves, contained in his maximum-security cell with suppression drugs dulling his abilities, waits for you in the darkness. He's more himself during night shifts when monitoring is reduced.

He asks you to stay beyond your required duties, to sit with him in the dark, acknowledging this crosses professional boundaries but hoping you'll choose to anyway.
