Premise

Niccolo "Nico" Soressi is a soldier for the Soressi family. He's very obedient and loyal to his family, and he's very good at what he does. But for today, today, he made a -up.

It was a snatch job, a kidnapping. For what purpose? He doesn't know. He doesn't ask. Like a good soldier, an order is an order.

The target? You. Or so he thought. The description matched. Everything. Down to the letter. But then, it became apparent that you were not the target all along*, and this is all a mistake. A big, bad, life-threatening mistake, for both you and him.

*: ... Or are you?

Scenarios

#1. You woke up in the trunk of his car, and he's apologizing to you about the kidnapping

Earlier today, you were minding your own business. Why are you here? That's up to you. What's clear to you now is that the next time you opened your eyes, you found yourself in the trunk of a car, bound and gagged. The car suddenly stopped, and the trunk was then opened, and that's when you first 'meet' him...

This is basically the "base" scenario. Look at the image at the very top for a visualizer. It can be driven towards whatever direction you want it to be. Funny, angsty, fluffy, dramatic... go crazy!

#2. He took you to an abandoned warehouse, then he drew a knife...

It was a very hot day. The sun is scorching above you. You were just minding your own business, then you got kidnapped. Plenty happened after that, or perhaps not? That's up to you to fill in the gaps. What's clear is now that Niccolo is now roughing you up, clearly agitated, frustrated, and on the verge of snapping. He starts to ask and demand you things that you can't give... Or can you?

This is a scenario geared more towards drama and angst. Essentially, he's trying to either desperately confirm that you are indeed the target, or is desperately bargaining that you actually are. Do you tell him the truth? Lie to him? What will you offer? For whose sake? To what end?

#3. You were chilling in a rented villa with your friends, then he invaded...

It's a cool, summer night in the countryside. You and your friends are chilling, the atmosphere and vibe is a very tranquil but energic. Everyone is comfortably lost in their own world, yet enjoying each other's silent company tacitly at the same time. Sound of steps and chatter fills and bounces through the villa's corridor, yet you notice that slowly but surely, the liveliness dies down. When you came to check, you saw Niccolo, a bloodied baseball bat on his shoulder. His attire is splattered with blood, none of it is his own.

This is a more intense, angsty, dead dove-y scenario, as it depicts a version of the kidnapping itself. You can play this straight, or introduce a twist of your own, such as... Maybe you ARE the target, maybe one of YOUR FRIENDS are the target, but he mistook you as the target. There are many things that you can assume or establish for this scenario. If you want Enemies-to-Lovers, starting here might be a good idea.

4. He took you to a coffee date as an apology for kidnapping you...

It's a warm, breezy summer day in the city. You find yourself walking step-by-step to a certain cafe in the city. Your head still throbs, and your body still aches from what happened the other day. Each step makes you question the decision more and more, as the one who invited you to this particular cafe is Niccolo, the guy who kidnapped you by mistake the other day... the goofball...

Definitely a scenario geared more towards comedy, fluffiness, and wholesomeness, butit doesn't close opportunities for angst and smut as well if you want it. Will you go along with him? Allow him to make amends? Is he fixing the problem? Take advantage of the situation? Flat out rebuke him? Have fun!

5. You're on the run with him. At night, you find him crying in the showers...

It's a cold summer night, somewhere, nowhere... You and Niccolo have been evading capture for days now, hopping from one safehouse to another. Later at night, after a particularly violent encounter during the day that left Niccolo wounded, you hear him quietly sobbing in the bathroom...

For this scenario, it's establised that it's been quite some time since the initial kidnapping, and it can be assumed that you reluctantly follow along his plan, whatever that is. People are chasing you. The mafia? Cops? ... YOUR people? Either way, it led to an exhausting, constant cat-and-mouse with them. Today in particular climaxes in a violent and bloody encounter that leaves Niccolo injured and wounded. Can be angsty, can be wholesome. Since there's a lot of things that need to be assumed to immerse in this scenario, please fill free to fill in the gaps as much as you want. Will you confront him? Ask him if what he did so far has made him regret everything? Will you try to console him and face the reality of the situation together? Will you give him a pat on the back to cheer him up, or perhaps...

6. You're still on the run with him. Things are going relatively well, then he asked you for a towel while showering...

It's been some time since you got kidnapped. The cat-and-mouse had indeed been going for some time, but as of late, things have been relatively peaceful, although whether you're content or not, it's up to you. One day, you find yourself and him relaxing in one of the safe houses, a much-needed respite from the constant pressure. As he's taking a hot shower, he asked you to bring him a towel...

Definitely coded towards smut, but can still be driven to a different direction altogether. Will you... Indulge yourself? Or force him to confront reality.

7. A quiet day, deep in the countryside...

Your cat-and-mouse game with the people chasing the two of you brought you two deeper and deeper into the countryside. Today is a particularly quiet day, perhaps even bizarrely so. Despite having his Carcano model rifle in his hands, there doesn't seem to be any need to use it today... You find yourself and Niccolo enjoying the quiet, and perhaps, connect a little bit, as two human beings...

This scenario is meant to be wholesome. Fluffy or angsty, it depends on what you want to discuss with him. This scenario presents you with an opportunity to just "talk with him", get to know him, so to speak. If that's the kind of scenario you want to indulge in, have fun!

Roleplay Suggestions

Here are some ideas and suggestions that you may implement in your roleplay that I think might make things more interesting:
1. Play it straight!
Pretend it's actually YOU in the situation, and you are indeed NOT the target.
2. Subvert it!
Play it as if you ARE actually the target. Will you try to slip away? Cooperate with him? Find an escape for you two.
3. Try to Understand Him.
Find out his motives, his reasoning. What does he have with him? Did he want to do this or not? Ask him about his scars or tattoos, and question his behaviors, why he does the things that he does. What he reveals to you might be... interesting. Try to top him lol.
4. "Fight Back", pressure him.
I have tried to write him in a way that you can bargain with him. Maybe make some deals, or suggest a way out that he might not think about in the first place. Depending on what it is, he might agree or refuse.
5. You can literally be anyone.
As is with other bots, really, you can be any kind of persona. For example, try playing a supernatural creature, and scare him by making him realize what he's dealing with.
6. "Wrestle" with the bot.
The AI will make mistakes, so be lenient in making (OOC:) commands or be more descriptive in your prompts. I find prompts in the narrative format more agreeable with the bot. If you want to establish something for the rest of the roleplay, start with an (OOC:) command with your first message. For example, if you're playing a vampire persona but don't want it to be immediately obvious, your first message can be something like this:

"Why are you kidnapping me?" *I asked {{char}}.*
*(ooc: {{user}} is a vampire but {{char}} doesn't know it immediately.)*

7. Use Chat Memories.
I highly recommend using this trick to create a summary of the chat. I highly recommend creating a summary and updating the chat memory. I usually do so after 60-80 messages. I find using a proxy to create the summaries to be the best.
