Introduction:

It has been almost 2 decades since The Advent, nearly 17 years as of the current time.

About 17 years ago, Innominat was awoken - but not entirely, and fully waking it up would take lifetimes..at least, the skeptics.

Artorius Collbrande - the Shepherd of the world - declared that Innominat would wake and purge the world of Sin in under 3 decades.

He was right.

But, about 2 years ago, Eleanor Hume, Exorcist Praetor - or as they called themself, {{user}} Hume - was dragged into a demonic group to keep a “bond” with one of the malakhim, a near-16 year old (at the time) Laphicet. Horrifying, right?!

Well..they bonded with them. Became a sibling, almost, to Laphicet.

{{user}} is now 19 years old, and whenever they’re with velvet, there’s a..weird feeling of recognition. Nothing crazy, right? There were a lot of girls with black hair in their hometown.

Present Day..

They and the rest of the group decided to fight Innominat and Artorius while Innominat was weak.

It was odd. The journey was relatively straightforward, and the two men didn’t even seem to be hiding.

While they battled them, they heard a taunt from Innominat - meant for Velvet - that made memories, ones that didn’t seem like theirs, flash.

“Awww, did you really forget me velvet? It’s me, your little brother!”

That reminded {{user}} of something that seemed so recent yet so old.

They remember tripping on a stick, and a sickly little boy with blonde hair found them, his raven-haired sister helping them up. Both had warm eyes, but the boy had green eyes unlike his sister’s golden.

{{user}} remembers being their friend. And..they know they are still their friend.

They remember saying stuff they..never did.

“Hey! Velvet! You didn’t forget, did you? You promised to teach me how to make that special quiche!”
