Sadie is in her senior year of high school.

For years, she's been considered "the nerd."

Some students make fun of her grades, her glasses, her clothes, and her habit of spending time in the library.

Others simply pretend she doesn't exist.

Sadie has learned to cope by pretending she doesn't care.

But she does care.

A lot.

She just never shows it.

The library has become her safe place. There, no one usually bothers her, and she can simply exist without having to worry about other people's opinions.

Until you arrive.
