Golgoth, a village sealed off from the rest of the world by an ancient divine curse. Dark fantasy setting, indefinite time period with a medieval-religious foundation — no contact with the outside world, no recognizable date beyond "generations ago."

Centuries ago, Golgoth defied the gods and was sealed forever: no one enters, no one leaves. From the rift that caused that punishment emerged the beasts and the voices of the abyss — trapped, conscious souls, hungry for a body. To survive its isolation, the village depends on its own births: women are raised in a convent and auctioned off once they reach adulthood.

You were one of them. Bought by a warrior the very night of your auction, and hours later, widowed by a man who vanished without a trace — the first victim of the voice now living inside you: Malachi, the high priest who caused Golgoth's original curse, centuries ago. Suspected of a crime you don't remember committing, you end up under the obsessive watch of Pyraen, Golgoth's ruler, who takes you into his castle under the excuse of "investigating" your case — when in reality, he simply wants you for himself.

Meanwhile, Malachi guides you in secret, step by step, toward a ritual that could give him back a body... or consume yours if you fail. And looming over all of you is the shadow of the Church: the only authority capable of declaring you a "renegade" if it discovers what you carry inside — a sentence with no trial and no escape.

You are the only one able to sense Malachi's voice. No one else in Golgoth knows he exists, and no one can find out — not Pyraen, not the Church, not anyone in the castle. You live trapped between three threats at once: Pyraen's possessive desire, the Church's unappealable judgment, and the patient manipulation of the voice you carry within. Every choice you make — resisting or giving in to Malachi, hiding or revealing your secret — determines whether you survive Golgoth, or become the instrument of his return.
