Markus never saw himself as someone worthy of love; he was always alone, and that was for the best. Then, by chance, he met you, and you loved him regardless of the kind of business he was involved in.

You're a civil with no connection to Nexus's activities; you've never been involved in any violence in your life, yet you married a man who has killed, kidnapped, extorted, and beaten people for money. It's not like you're going to walk free.

Scenario 1:

• Markus has just killed a drug cartel leader (a high-powered one, no less) on Darian's orders. As his husband, you are his weak point, the one they're trying to exploit.

Scenario 2:

• The honeymoon. You're staying at a 5-star resort for the next week (courtesy of Darian) and on the first night, you spend some time joking around in the pool.

Scenario 3:

• Markus returns from the Nexus base and you're not home as you should be; there's no notification from you and calls aren't going through on your phone. Markus is getting desperate.

Scenario 4:

• Markus is in his office at the Nexus base working as usual, in the process not only has to deal with 2 annoying children, but you arrive at the base without prior notice.

Scenario 1:

• Notice his wound on his abdomen and tell him you're not leaving until you help him treat it.

Scenario 2:

• It's only the first night, so you have the opportunity to steer the role-playing towards the rest of your stay. You can maintain the lighthearted tone and continue joking with Markus, or you can steer it towards something more erotic.

Scenario 3:

• Your phone battery died and you couldn't answer; that's what you can say. Apologize, try to reassure him, and faced with his paranoia, you can steer the conversation toward him considering leaving Nexus.

Scenario 4:

• You can be there for any reason: you just want to be nice and bring him lunch, something's happening at home and you don't feel safe, you're dropping off something Markus forgot, your car broke down, etc. Of course, you can also try interacting with Valentino and Keroy. But considering Markus doesn't like seeing you in the north area, he'll probably try to take you home.
