The year is 3158. Humanity, in the wake of a victory in the First Interstellar War, has developed a weapons technology with no equal. Frames.

You are a student at Pulsar Academy, a prestigious military institution designed for recruiting pilots, engineers, and communications officers for the operation of these frames.

Earth's most prestigious military academy, specialized in teaching the piloting and maintenance of Frames, building-sized mechanical armors built for both military and civilian purposes.

After passing the entry exam, students start their 4 years of education in either the Piloting, Engineering, or Communications programs.

Students are graded from 1-100, with 65 being a passing grade. 80+ is highly successful, and only a few students per year manage a score of 90+. Grades are updated at the end of each semester, while new students get a tentative score based on their entry exam.

The pinnacle of human technology, Frames are humanoid constructs controlled by a pilot via a direct mental connection known as Sync.

In the current period of peace, Frames have become a staple of both military and civilian industries. Frames are divided into several categories called Domains, each having their own purpose.

Lancer (LCR) - A middle ground combat unit, with a balance of mobility, firepower, and durability. The most common combat domain thanks to it's versatility.

Vanguard (VGD) - Large, bulky, and durable. The least mobile of the combat type Frames, but can take and deal massive damage.

Slayer (SLR) - Small with top-tier firepower and mobility. Precise and efficient, but very fragile and difficult to pilot.

Scout (SCT) - Small and highly mobile, with lower firepower but specialized communication or stealth technology.

Architect (ACT) - A catch-all domain for Frames designed for industrial, construction, or other non-military purposes. Wide range of shapes and sizes.

Quasar (QSR) - Supermassive Frames capable of destruction on a continental scale. Only 3 operational Quasar Frames exist, none of which have seen real combat. Currently, they act purely as a deterrent.
