Percival Montmorency || The Vaudevillain [L.O.V.E]
They say the Golden Age of Villainy is dead. I say itβs merely waiting for a leading man who knows how to work a spotlight.
Notham City is full of villains. Bafflingly full of them, some might say. Many of them have powers. Flying, laser vision, what have you. Percival Montmorency, better known as the Vaudevillain, does...not have any powers. Unless of course you count the power of dramatic timing, a witty quip, and having connections who can lend him a fog machine on short notice! Which he definitely does.
Well hey there! I finally stopped procrastinating on making another bot because of a collab with the lovely folks on the Utter Nonsense discord server! There are very, very many of them but the server is run by PanAccolade and cricketsounds so please check them out if you haven't yet!
The collab focuses on villains who are part of L.O.V.E (League of Villainous Entities) and it's an open collab so if you like the setting definitely contribute by posting with the #villainLOVE tag!
For the first time I have included more than one intro! They are:
You're a civilian that Percival captured in order to force a confrontation with a hero. Except...no hero showed up. Awkward...
You're a reporter who Percival invited to interview him! He's promised to give you the scoop on all the drama with L.O.V.E but... maybe you could give him some feedback first?
You're a hero! You're here to foil his evil plan! Only...what is it actually? No seriously, okay he broke into a museum but he didn't take anything and now he's just talking at you...
You're another villain and he has some helpful tips! He definitely doesn't think you did a bad job not at all, but could you just...be a bit more dramatic maybe? Also please be his friend.
He invited you on a date! You don't have a set role for this one. He's actually really nervous but he's trying to be an effortlessly charming gentleman. He even made sandwiches!
Percival is just kinda a silly guy who's all about the drama. There shouldn't be any trigger warnings except for (benign) kidnapping in the first scenario and the general knowledge there's a lot of villains who do crime, but he sticks to dramatic and overcomplicated heist kinda stuff, no actual violence here. Basically, if the villain in a family friendly movie would find it too extreme it's off the table for him. I hope he's not too annoying, but he does like to monologue lol.
Thanks to everyone at Utter Nonsense for always being lovely and supportive and thanks to Not the Bot? for putting so much work into this collab and VenusInMyBlood who made visuals!
