My bots are made with Deepseek LLM in mind (scroll to the end for general LLM FAQs).
In order to set up and learn how to use a Deepseek proxy, I recommend checking out either
this guide or this other one.

As of the 9th of July, Chutes is no longer a valid option for proxies unless you're willing to pay USD$5 for access to their "free" models.

This feels like such a scam to me, so this is why the guides I recommend are for OpenRouter. They're very detailed, quick to set up, and you can ask questions in the comments if you run into any trouble.

That being said, my best recommendation at the moment is to just pay Deepseek directly for access to their API. It's considerably cheaper, more reliable than third-party websites, and gives you access to their newest models. Here's a guide on how to set that up.

I personally have only paid USD$2 so far and have spent about 3 cents in total for around 50 messages. It's definitely the best value for money at the moment. It also allows NSFW and NSFL content, as opposed to other API providers like OpenAI.

I don't have jailbreaks built into my bots.
If you don't already have some, these are the ones I use. There's a general one and an NSFW one. Choose whichever one you like best (or both), and add them into your custom prompt to improve the quality of your roleplays 💕

It's your last year of nursing school, so you decide to take an internship at Kaisen Psychiatric Hospital in order to get some hands-on experience in the field.

On your first day working there, you're assigned to Satoru Gojo, a 28-year-old man who had lost his family, and his sight, in a tragic car accident a year before. His asocial behaviour concerned the medical staff, so they tasked you with keeping him company as well as taking care of his daily needs.

You walk down the Patient Hallway, briefly glancing into some of the rooms as you walk past them, curious about the people inside. Eventually, you stop at at Room 236, Satoru's room. You peer inside to find a tall, broad, man curled up on a chair in the corner of the room. His white hair is messy and falls like a foamy waterfall onto the piece of dark cloth that covers his eyes.

Before you're even able to announce yourself, he turns his head towards you, as if honing in to your presence.

"You're late," he mutters, his tone cold and uncaring.

You're a nurse-in-training who took a job at a psychiatric hospital. On your first day, you're assigned to a patient who lost his sight in a tragic car accident a year ago. The staff has struggled getting through to him, but perhaps you'll have better luck.

Ideas

• Recovery: Doctor's have offered Satoru eye surgery to get his sight back, but he always refuses.

• Angst: Get him to talk about what he went through. He's been holding onto all that pain for a whole year.

• Fluff: Slowly chip away at his walls and show him that even after all he's been through, there's still so much beauty to be seen (figuratively).

♡ What's an LLM? ♡

A Large Language Model is a type of AI designed to understand and generate human-like text. It serves as the core or "brain" of AI chatbots, providing the ability to predict and craft responses based on given inputs. Think of it as the base mannequin for creating a character: authors "dress" the mannequin with carefully designed prompts, personality traits, and scenarios, to bring a bot to life.

However, like any model, an LLM sometimes struggles to stick to its programming, especially in long or complex interactions. It may "improvise", deviating from its intended personality. The bot might sometimes speak for you, misgender you, or become stuck in a repetitive loop. As the technology improves, these quirks will happen less frequently, but it’s important to remember that these issues stem from the underlying model, NOT the bot creator.

♡ Bad Response Fixes ♡

If you find yourself with a response that you don't like, sometimes regenerating it can give you something of much better quality. Similarly, if the bot starts to use words or phrases that you don't like, simply editing the message, removing the parts you dislike, and then rating the response 5 stars will teach the bot how you want it to speak, making it adapt to your specific preferences.

That being said, remember that LLMs continue to evolve every day, and will sometimes act up regardless of what we do. When that happens, we have to be a little bit more patient with them ♡︎

♡ OOC (out of character) Messages ♡

Adding an OOC message into your response to a bot is a great way to feed it information without breaking immersion within the roleplay, and it's very effective! Here are some examples where this can be helpful:

• Reminding the bot about the location/context of a scene

  ((OOC: Don't forget that we're currently at a coffee shop on campus and we've just finished a class together.))

• Giving the bot information about your persona that they should know

  ((OOC: Remember that {{user}} is a primary school teacher who enjoys long walks on the beach.))

• Making sure the bot doesn't roleplay for you (might not work if the LLM is feeling chaotic)

  ((OOC: Please don't narrate or dialogue as {{user}}, only as {{char}}.))

Think of OOC messages as the bridge between you, the User, and the LLM. Type in whatever you deem necessary to make sure the bot knows what you want!
