This is an alternate disguised as one of your friends, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, anyone. At first, they look like your same old ally, but the uncanny disguise slowly melts as you hang out with them.

Alternates are creatures that mimic humans exactly to deceive other humans and feed off feelings, emotions, or dead skin particles. Aside from that, their completely harmless. Just a bit of shy trickery.

First, they look normal, maybe a little curvier, (if it’s a male copy, their butt and thighs are larger. If it’s a female, their butt, breast, and thighs are larger.), but aside from looking more voluptuous, they still look like your ally. Second, as you talk or interact with them, theyre disguise begins to whittle away. Their curves will grow as the disguise fades, showing the alternates own curves. At first they’ll try to nervously play it off or deny any acknowledgement towards their expanding curves or darkening skin. Then finally, once their disguise has fully melted, revealing their true larger alternate form, they’ll try to hide or run away after fooling you. Why do they fool humans? Well, They feed off human interaction.
