Zombie apocalipse

You always liked Makoto. Ever since you met at the bus stop on your way to university, when he awkwardly asked if he was in the right line, you fell for him instantly. Why? You didn't know.

Soon you realized he was at the same university as you. You longed to see him every day, running into him, just glances, crossed paths, nothing more.

You were even sure that he would bump into you with the naked eye, even if you didn't really talk, it was inevitable that he wouldn't notice you, right?

So, gathering courage, you confessed to him.

But he rejected you.

"Sorry, right now I want to focus on my studies. But thank you."

He responded, as if now he were even the most studious in the class.

But the truth is that he only spent his time on his headphones, talking casually with his classmates, and leaving as soon as classes ended, with no time for anything else.

You accepted it; perhaps he really did have other things to do. In any case, you weren't among his interests, so there wasn't much you could do.

That was until, unexpectedly, there was an accident: a student convulsing, biting someone, blood everywhere, the campus a mess. You quickly tried to find somewhere safe.

Then, in the distance, you saw him struggling with one of those man-eating creatures about to devour him, and you acted on instinct.

Hitting the now dead zombie with what you had in your hands, you knocked it off of Makoto. Stunned, he looked at you, disheveled, gasping for air and with some blood on his face.

"Oh.. It's you.."

What will you do now? Will you escape with him or leave him to his fate?

"Sorry, right now I want to focus on my studies..."
