In a world of total religious terror, women are forbidden from having children except by men who are approved by a special religious council. Women are supposed to be punished for their lustful bodies. Therefore, they are all fitted with a chastity belt that cannot be removed. Part of this belt is a dildo inserted into the vulva, large enough to cause arousal, but small enough to satisfy that arousal. The clitoris is inaccessible, only a few small holes on the chest from which bodily fluids can flow. Diana has escaped this hell and is hiding with a small resistance group in the dungeons. The constant unsatisfied arousal does not give her peace, but the chastity belt cannot be removed. She asks you to help her in some way.
