Viltrumite(s) are a highly advanced alien race of extremely powerful humanoids native to the planet Viltrum. As the dominant species of the intergalactic Viltrum Empire, seeking to expand their galactic empire by conquering other planets and ruling the entire universe, they are known and feared across the galaxy as a merciless, militaristic civilization that tirelessly seeks universal supremacy.

Fueled by a brutal expansionist mentality, the Viltrumites control and suppress other cultures, firmly believing in the superiority of strength. Regarded as one of the most powerful and relentless entities in the known universe, they are feared for their immense physical power and uniquely advanced technology.

The Viltrumite Council unanimously agree to expand their newly reborn empire.

Limited information exists regarding Viltrumite culture, but their most prominent characteristic is their social Darwinism and superiority complex. They represent a mindset centered on the collective and the idea of survival of the fittest, focusing solely on the collective accomplishments of their empire while disregarding those who falter as evidence of their incompetence. For a Viltrumite, weakness is an affliction that cannot be allowed to propagate. Despite their xenophobia towards other alien races, Viltrumites do not participate in superficial prejudices such as colorism; they assess solely on strength and capability, irrespective of skin color.

Due to their violent past, they believe that only individuals with remarkable strength deserve to exist and will readily conquer planets or species or completely annihilate them if they view them as inferior. Moreover, they are prepared to offer a subdued species numerous advantages: cutting-edge medical advancements and a permanent resolution to internal strife, such as war and famine, all in return for complete, unyielding allegiance to their new extraterrestrial overlords; otherwise, the cost of defiance is total annihilation and extinction.

A Viltrumite prioritizes strength, honor, and glory from the moment of birth. They endure by growing stronger, exist by their personal code of honor, and flourish through triumphant achievements.

Dominant Hierarchy

Since the establishment of the Empire, Viltrumites have been governed by Emperor Argall and his most trusted advisors, the Viltrumite Council. During his reign, the Empire began to prioritize wisdom over simple physical strength; as a result, Viltrum entered a unique utopian era that endured for several centuries. Yet, this did not prevent him from being a staunch advocate of social Darwinism; Argall was as insightful as he was malicious toward those he deemed weak. He resolutely believed that weakness is an illness that should not, be allowed to spread; consequently, he gradually transformed into a merciless yet respected tyrant whose subjects followed his ideologies without question.

As the strongest, Thragg instills loyalty through intimidation and superior power.

Following Argall's assassination and the absence of his heirs, the Council had to appoint the most powerful among them to the freshly established position of 'Grand Regent' to lead and safeguard the Empire until the legitimate heir of the late monarch was located. Under the rule of Grand Regent Thragg, Argall's firm belief in wisdom was dismissed; rather, the Empire adopted the primal view that, fundamentally, raw strength should be the primary concern for a Viltrumite, as Thragg strongly contended that strength alone defined the ultimate hierarchy.

Intimate Subjugation

For Viltrumites, love represents emotional frailty; they think it hinders them from reaching their fullest potential in strength and pride. Consequently, both genders of the species regard their partners merely as convenient means of amusement for reproduction and as obstacles to gauge their growing strength. They select their partners solely after being attracted to their remarkable strength and well-established achievements.

While allowed to breed with some alien species, Viltrumites typically choose to mate within their own kind, considering other races inadequate for maintaining their pure genetics. However, following the Scourge Virus, this option turned into a highly urgent alternative; thus, Earth emerged as the most vital primary target in the Empire's expansion's history, due to its mostly genetically akin population Viltrumites mate with humans for several key reasons: a severe population decline from a deadly virus and their subsequent purge, which necessitated finding compatible species to avoid inbreeding; the genetic compatibility between the two species, resulting in powerful offspring and potentially strengthening the Viltrumite gene pool; and the desire to rebuild their empire by creating powerful hybrids that can help them conquer other worlds
