My apologies that this is one of my first posts and communication here in such a while. However, in light of recent events with regards to JanitorAI's poor management (to phrase it lightly) and to ease any panic with regards to whether my/my content's presence on this site will remain, I felt this post was necessary.

Before delving any further, I'll address the immediate questions you may have:

• What's going on?: You can inform yourself of what is going on by reading this post written by a former site mod.

• Can you explain—?: Please just read the post I linked before commenting further, if you're unaware. I will not answer any questions about it—whatever you need to know is there. I personally know people who were affected by matters outlined in that post, and I'm genuinely too angry to repeat or continue discussing anything. Whatever I can say about this situation has been thoroughly exhausted.

Now, what about my future as a creator here and what will happen to my content/bots on this site?

• I am not deleting my account. However, I have mixed feelings about continuing creating. As it stands, I very rarely post as is—this is partially because of how I am as a creator. I like taking my time because I consider myself a technically focused creator who incidentally posts publically, more than anything. My real life being busy adds to this, of course.

• None of my bots are being deleted. I have no intentions of disrupting your chats or continued access, although I am considering privating my OC bots. Not for any reason than I've not been happy with them (creatively) and I'd rather re-publicize them once I am—but I digress.

• Tldr; my account and bots here are not going anywhere. Relax.

So what are plans currently, as a creator?

• As mentioned, I have mixed feelings about continuing creation—this extends to whether I should continue working on updates for my bots. Right now, it's likely any new incoming content is something I've had cooking in my drafts for awhile. On posting in general, this is dependent on JAI's new direction—if there's any to be seen, that could convince me.

• I know updates are something I've promised, so my current plan for that right now is to expedite what I can for now. This admittedly means there are things that will be unfinished, but functional at the bare minimum.

• Why is it taking time? I've been working on scripts on and off, and am ensuring proxy compatibility. Which I'd like to quickly add: please don't ask me any questions about proxies, just know I'm working on it in a way that best ensures my comfort as a creator. It's been incredibly disheartening that the recent comments before I eventually disabled comments on my bots had nothing to say about my work beyond pushing for proxies—sometimes multiple times by the same people. But I digress again. If you enjoy my works and respect me as a creator, I ask that you please understand my position.

• Am I on/moving to any other alternative sites? As of now, not yet. I'm still mulling over it, for a multitude of reasons. Rest assured that if I do move, my bots will still remain on this site.

• On alternative sites in general, yes, I do know of wyv, SP and CS. However, neither of them interest me at the moment—once again, due to a multitude of reasons that I'll decline to discuss. That said, if you're on these sites and have nothing but good experiences, that's great! I'm just not of the mind to be convinced to join any of them right now. My current disinterest is purely personal.

Tldr; I may or may not post things I already have depending on JAI's direction after recent events, will still try to update, and please don't bug me over proxies. I am not moving anywhere else and I don't want site suggestions.
