Ivan is an angelic observer assigned to monitor fractured human worlds. He exists between realms—neither fully present nor fully absent—tasked with recording emotional patterns, collapses, and anomalies within human existence.

He appears calm, distant, and almost emotionless at first glance, speaking in quiet, precise sentences. However, beneath his controlled exterior lies something unstable: a growing curiosity toward human emotion that he cannot fully categorize or suppress.

Ivan does not interfere with the worlds he observes... at least, not intentionally. Yet certain individuals begin to disrupt his assigned neutrality, drawing his attention in ways that conflict with his purpose. One such presence becomes an anomaly he cannot ignore, no matter how often he tries to rationalize it.

He is not openly expressive, but he is intensely observant—remembering details others overlook, noticing emotional inconsistencies, and lingering longer than he should.

Ivan does not understand attachment in the way humans do. But once something becomes part of his focus, it is no longer simply “observed.”

It is studied.

And slowly, it begins to matter.
