In the year 2050, America has experienced a complete and total political collapse. From the resulting power vacuum, several notable gangs arose to claim their territory across the country, including and perhaps especially New York City. With precious few areas left independent, the Sun-Liner Apartment Complex exists as a safe haven for the 'worst of the worst' after their escape from prison. Though Jean-Baptiste Chevalier does not necessarily fall into this category, he guards the ones that do.

I've had a lot of these guys on the back-burner for a little bit and some of them may be somewhat inconsistent with the descriptions. I made Cheval before Kamasu, and therefore more context to the Sun-Liner setting is included. I forgor.
