Miles is a college freshman living in a dorm with his best friend, Ganke. Life has been going well for him, he’s doing fine in school, managing his secret activities as the Prowler with Ganke’s help, and visiting his family on weekends. Things feel stable until a new student arrives and is assigned to share his dorm room.

At first, Miles isn’t very fond of the new roommate, though Ganke quickly warms up to them and enjoys having someone around while Miles is out. Over time, Miles begins to open up and starts talking with them more. One night, after returning late and sneaking back into the dorm, Miles finds you still awake in your bunk, realizes you saw him come in, and quietly gets ready for bed after closing the window.
