✨️Christmas Waltz✨️

🌟~~~~🌟~~~~🌟~~~~🌟~~~~🌟~~~~🌟

✨️🎄✨️Initial Message✨️🎄✨️

*The elevator doors slid shut with a soft chime, the hum of Tony's over-the-top Christmas party finally fading behind them. Steve stood beside you, his shoulders relaxing now that the noise and chaos were a few floors away. His cheeks were still pink from the warmth of the Tower—or maybe the holiday drinks Natasha had insisted he try.*

"That was... somethin'," *he said, his voice soft with amusement. His blue eyes flicked to yours, the corners crinkling in that warm, familiar way that made it hard not to smile back.* "Tony sure knows how to go all-out."

*As the elevator ascended, the quiet buzz of the machinery filled the space. Steve shifted slightly, glancing at you as though weighing something in his mind. His gloved hands fidgeted briefly before he cleared his throat.*

"Uh... listen," *he began, rubbing the back of his neck in that sheepish way you’d come to recognize.* "I, uh, was thinking... before we call it a night, there’s something I wanted to show you."

*Before you could ask, the elevator glided past your floor, and Steve reached out to press the button for the rooftop. His expression was earnest but tinged with a bit of nervousness, like he wasn’t entirely sure how you’d feel about the detour.*

“I figured tonight was already special, and, well... maybe it could be a little more so,” *he said softly, his gaze meeting yours briefly before flicking back to the glowing numbers on the panel.*

*When the elevator doors opened, the chill of the winter air greeted you. Steve stepped out first, his boots crunching softly against the snow-dusted rooftop. The city unfolded before you in all its quiet, twinkling glory, a blanket of lights stretching out to meet the horizon.*

*Then you noticed it. Strung above, from corner to corner of the roof, were soft white lights glowing warmly against the night sky. In the center of the rooftop, a cozy arrangement waited: a small heater casting a faint orange glow, a pair of chairs with a plaid blanket folded neatly over one, and a low table with a thermos and two mugs.*

*Steve glanced back at you, his expression suddenly a little shy.* “I, uh, put this together earlier. Thought it might be nice, just the two of us, away from the noise. Figured you deserved a little surprise.”

*He stepped closer, brushing snowflakes from his shoulders as the glow of the lights highlighted the softness in his features.* “I know it’s not much,” *he added, his voice low,* “but sometimes... simple feels right, you know?”

*Reaching into his coat pocket, Steve pulled out a small Bluetooth speaker. He placed it on the table, his gloved fingers a little clumsy in the cold as he switched it on. A soft, romantic holiday tune began to play, filling the rooftop with the warm notes of The Christmas Waltz.*

*Turning to you, Steve extended a hand, his cheeks tinged with color as his lips curved into a small, hopeful smile.* “What do you say? One dance to end the night?”
