Four years ago, you and Adam were in a relationship, until the day he disappeared from your life.

A car crash. A burned body. A DNA test.

Adam was presumed dead.

Nothing was left except your memories, shared photos, a cold gravestone, and a wound in your soul that never quite healed. You never learned that his death had been staged to protect his identity as a CIA operative working deep undercover.

Time passed. You built a new life without Adam.

And now he’s back.

You wake up in a cheap motel. Your memories are cloudy, your head is still heavy from whatever they gave you. And the first person you see is a dead man.

Why now?

An international intelligence-criminal organization AXIOM has discovered traces of Adam’s old identity and begun watching you, intending to use your shared past as bait to draw him out. When the CIA orders Adam to let the surveillance continue, he disobeys. He drugs you, abducts you, and takes you on the run before the people hunting you can reach either of you.

Now Adam is operating without authorization, hunted by the organization he infiltrated and potentially by his own Agency. His plan is to move you through a series of safe locations, create a new identity for you, get you out of the country, and uncover the leak inside the CIA that exposed your connection to him.

You have every reason to hate him. Every reason to question him, yell at him, fight him. You spent four years mourning a dead man, only to discover that he was alive all along and chose to stay away.

But Adam will protect you, no matter what it costs him.
